artlett House offers a choice of thirty-four rental apartments in a variety of sizes and floor plans. All of the apartments have their own balconies, a full kitchen, large living room, master bedroom and a full bath. The two bedroom units have an additional room that may be used as a den or second bedroom. Each unit is equipped with a 24-hour emergency call system. We can bring assisted living services into any of the apartments, allowing you to remain in the same apartment as your needs increase.

The common spaces in Bartlett House include our lovely dining room, a private dining room, library, computer center, wellness center and hair care salon. Resident lounges, covered porch areas and an outdoor patio provide comfortable spaces for residents to gather and enjoy each other's company.

The delicious meals served in our dining room are designed to meet the nutritional needs of seniors. Our continental breakfast includes hot and cold cereals, toast, juice, coffee, and freshly baked goods. There is always the option of a more traditional hot breakfast. The meal is served in a continental style because people like to wake up at different times, and this allows them to come down at their leisure. Our main meal offers soup or salad, a choice of two entrees - one of which is a heart healthy option, and freshly made desserts or choices of fruit. There is also a chance to purchase a third, or 'light' meal. If someone is not feeling well, we are happy to bring meals to their apartment.
