he Cottages at Bartlett Woods may be purchased as cooperative units. Cottage owners buy shares in the Bartlett Woods Cooperative equal to the value of their home. This enables cottage owners to maintain equity in their units and to participate in the governance of the cooperative.

All of our cottages are built on one level with a barrier-free design. Each cottage has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, large living room, one and one-half bathrooms and an attached garage. Most have enclosed four-season sunrooms. (Click for floor plans) A monthly fee is charged to cover the costs of property taxes, insurance, maintenance, lawn care, snow and trash removal and other community expenses.

Cottage owners have access to all of the facilities and services available in Bartlett House. There is no requirement to eat a certain number of meals in the Bartlett House dining room, but cottage owners are welcome to dine there and will be billed on a per meal basis. Cottage owners also have priority placement privileges to apartments at Bartlett House.
