ASSISTED LIVING SERVICES
AT BARTLETT HOUSE

Your monthly rent includes:

  • Full continental breakfast

  • Full course main meal served in the dining room

  • Individually controlled heat and air conditioning

Our apartments allow the option of complete independent living, or you can choose from one of our flexible assisted living packages. Our unique program allows services to be available in each one of our apartments, which means you will not be required to move to a different part of the building should you need some extra help. You can even keep your pet with you.

At Bartlett House, we believe that our services should enhance your independence. We work with you, your family and your doctor to do what we can to help you maintain your independent lifestyle. We know that needs vary and we will work with you to help find a plan that fits your preference.

Our Assisted Living Program is licensed by the State of Maine.

A La Carte Services

Services can be purchased in addition to those included in the monthly rental allowing each resident to choose a mix of services that meet their individual needs.

 Housekeeping Services: One hour of additional housekeeping service which includes light cleaning and laundry service.

Pet Care: The staff at Bartlett House can see that your pet is fed, watered, and exercised. A specific care routine can be arranged for your particular pet’s needs. (Grooming services are not included)

 Third Meal Service: A third meal consisting of light fare such as soup and sandwich, salad, desert, etc. served in the Dining Room at a time of the resident’s choosing.

AM Assistance: Scheduled reminders related to wake up time, breakfast, scheduled appointment, company, etc. Staff will also provide assistance in selecting clothes for the day and help with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, etc.

PM Assistance: Similar to the AM service with reminders and/or a bed time check, help with selecting evening wear and in completing personal care activities.

Personal Escort Services within the building: Reminders and escort to facility functions such as activities, meals and events.

Personal Escort Services within the community: Escort to medical appointments, community events, etc. by a Bartlett House staff person.

Medication Assistance: This service includes medication ordering, storing, and dispensing. The program is managed by our Registered Nurse.

Packaged Services

 Services can also be purchased as a monthly package, which provides the services of your choice each day at a discount.

 Package A: Any two of the above services.

Package B: Any three of the above services.

Package C: Any four of the above services.

Package D: All available services.
